Zajęcia odbywają się w każdą niedzielę o 10:30 oraz w każdy czwartek o 19:30.
Zajęcia prowadzone są w języku angielskim i polskim. Trening oferują szkolenia strzelectwa bojowego organizowane w Polsce oraz szkolenia samoobrony oparte na wieloletnim doświadczeniu w systemach walki i pracy w terenie. Zajęcia zawierają techniki bokserskie, zapaśnicze, BJJ, street boxing, techniki interwencji polskiej armii, obronę przed nożem oraz techniki obrony przed bronią palną.
