Wskazują one, że aż o 318 % wzrósł czas oczekiwania, a ponad 6,6 milionów ludzi utknęło w kolejkach w ramach systemu NHS. Jest to ogromna liczba, zdecydowanie największa odkąd zaczęto publikować dane. Oczywiście władze, w szczególności odpowiedzialne za sektor ochrony zdrowia obwiniają za ten stan rzeczy pandemię. Jednak wydaje się, że nie tylko Covid-19 jest odpowiedzialny za kłopoty. NHS waiting times in Milton Keynes are up by 318 % in last ten years according to the newly revealed data. Milton Keynes Council's Progressive Alliance has found in their new analysis based on July's NHS waiting list data these very upsetting and worrying results.

The new data shows that the numbers are up by 318 % and also that more than 6.6 million people are stuck on the National Health Service waiting lists, which is by far the biggest number since the analysis has been introduced. Obviously the authorities especially in the health sector are blaming pandemic for these statistics but it seems that the Covid-19 is only part of the problem. It needs to be highlighted that because of these very long waiting lists many more people suffer and some even end up dying because they don't get treated on time.

It's obvious that doctors, nurses and the rest of medical staff are not to blame. It's the health system which doesn't seem to work properly. NHS is still in crisis and no matter who is in power, the situation doesn't change. Politicians should stop blaming each other and work towards improving the situation in the National Health Service.
