Ta trudna decyzja została podjęta wobec bardzo dużych trudności, jakie sektor usług cateringowych doświadczył w wyniku obostrzeń pandemicznych w ostatnich miesiącach, które negatywnie wpłynęły na biznes.
Przedstawiciel firmy powiedział: "Jak ogłoszono we wrześniu M&B otworzył ponownie większość swoich biznesów, około 95 procent z wszystkich po zakończeniu pierwszego lockdownu.
"Pozostałe miejsca były obserwowane od tamtego czasu i patrzymy na nie indywidualnie. Bierzemy pod uwagę oczekiwany spadek przychodów i rozłożenie naszych placówek biznesowych."
Firma ogłosiła w ostatnim czasie, że zanotowano spadek o 35 procent licząc od początku roku do połowy września.
Przyszłość jest niepewna w obliczu kolejnego okresu restrykcji, które potrwać mają co najmniej do 2 grudnia.

Mitchells & Butlers is currently working with the advisers to sort the situation our as effectively he possibly can, but has not yet confirmed how many jobs would be lost because of the planned closures.
This tough decision was made after the hospitality sector has faced months of Covid-19 lockdown measures which have heavily impacted the trade.
Statement said: "As announced in September, M&B re-opened the vast majority of its estate, approximately 95 per cent, after the first lockdown ended.
"The remaining sites have been under review on a case-by-case basis since, taking into account factors such as expected footfall and business layout."
The company announced lately that sales had dropped by 35 per cent since the start of the year to half way through September.
It described future as "challenging and uncertain" in the face of further lockdown restrictions, which are supposed to last at least to December 2.
They challenge the business and raise up worries and uncertainty about its future.
