The average sale price of property in the city of Milton Keynes gone up by roughly £4,000 over last 12 months.

First-time buyers in Milton Keynes spent an average of £260,600 on their property, around £2,400 more than a year ago, and huge amount of £43,500 more than in the same period five years ago.

The most expensive properties in the South East region were in Elmbridge – £721,000 on average, over twice a price as it is in Milton Keynes. The highest property prices across the UK were obviously recorded in London. In  Kensington and Chelsea areas properties were priced at £1.4 million.
